Aneeka's core focus is in commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law and franchising.
Working closely with start-ups and SMEs, Aneeka has a holistic approach to solving the legal issues faced by her clients, including commercial disputes, employment/workplace issues, restructures, intellectual property protection, family law and estates. She also proactively identifies growth opportunities within her extensive client and referral network, facilitating the early growth critical to businesses in the start-up phase.
Aneeka's breadth of knowledge and experience is pivotal in assisting her clients' transition grass roots business into valuable enterprise. Negotiating distribution deals, establishing brand presence, negotiating franchising relationships through to exit opportunities such as business sale are key. Aneeka is also on hand to guide troubled business and individuals through ATO investigations and litigious disputes in all jurisdictions.
Outside of work, Aneeka is a volunteer with the Office of the Public Advocate. In her downtime, she is a sports enthusiast, an Essendon faithful and an avid traveller!
